Replacement
You order a differential overhauled by us in exchange for your defective part. Overhauled means: all defective and wear parts are renewed and the differential is released by our quality inspection.
On-site replacement
Is your business or the truck close to us, or do you bring the vehicle to us? Then we replace or repair the differential directly at our site: removal, repair or replacement, installation to manufacturer specifications.

Case study: Actros MP3, HL6 axle
A customer brought in a rear axle differential of the HL6 axle (ratio 37:13) with forced damage. We removed the differential from the axle and clamped it onto our test bench. The fault diagnosis showed massive damage to the crown wheel and pinion, with individual teeth broken out. The customer received a replacement differential from us.
