Rear axle differential of a Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 HL6 37:13 overhauled

A customer from the Sonneberg district brought in forced damage to the rear axle differential of an HL6 axle with a 37:13 ratio.

What we did

  • Differential removed from the axle
  • Clamped onto our test bench
  • Fault diagnosis: crown wheel and pinion with severe forced damage, individual teeth broken out

Result

The customer received a replacement differential. We also have other ratios in stock, such as 38:15, 41:13 or 40:13.
