Garbage trucks are very complex and very specialized vehicles. Our customer from around the Dinkelsbühl area came to us with his garbage truck, complaining about a problem with its oil pressure. The Actros OM501 / OM541 engine keeps showing that the oil pressure is supposed to be too low. Since the vehicle was able to come to us on its own and we didn't have to bring it to us with the low loader or tow truck, it is reasonable to assume that a defective oil pressure sensor could be the reason for the technical issues. We will connect a manual oil pressure gauge and check the whole thing. After the diagnosis, we will discuss the exact course of the repair with the customer.
