This time, an Atego horsebox came to the Autowelt workshop in 97618 Niederlauer. Brake discs and brake pads are typical examples of wearing parts that need to be replaced regularly and in this case it was the front axle's turn. We take off the front wheels, remove the brake calliper and brake disc, install the new brake discs and push the pistons back in. The brake calliper is fitted before we fit a new wear sensor and put the wheel back on. We test the brakes for function and return the horsebox to the customer.
